Steve Jobs Was A Low Tech Parent

Wow! Who knew Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple was a low tech parent?! As many of you know, we like to say our campers are “unplugged” during their time with us. As technology has grown, our electronics policy has gotten more convoluted. The basic philosophy, though, is we do not allow anything that sends or receives an email, a phone call, a text or can access the internet. Camp is a great place for our campers to talk to one another, while looking each other in the eye, without using their thumbs. Something that, at times, appears to be quickly becoming a lost art.
