New TLW Families Attended Open House 2010
The weather gods were looking down on us at our annual Open House for New Campers and their families. After a torrential downpour earlier in the day, the rain held off for our guests to enjoy a beautiful afternoon in camp!
We started the day off with introductions of our staff and a tour of camp, followed by a delicious bbq lunch which everyone enjoyed. Afterward, we had the campers go off with our Leadership Team to play some games, which also gave the campers the opportunity to ask any questions they might have. In the meantime, Justin, Jenn and Cassie met with the parents to give them some useful tips on helping make the transition from home to camp go as smoothly as possible. We rounded-up the day with ice cream and ices which were enjoyed by allâĤ
Weâre looking forward to seeing all of our First Session Campers in less than two weeks and our Second Session Campers in less than six weeks! See you soon!
