Bob and Alice Rosenberg are extremely dedicated owners and directors. Alice is a retired Educator and enjoys working with young people. She is sensitive to camper and parent concerns; and maintains contact with parents during the summer and winter months. During the summer, Alice works very closely with campers to make sure things run smoothly. Bob is a hands-on director who really plays, teaches and coaches campers. Both Bob and Alice are committed to excellence for Timber Lake West.

Jennifer DeSpagna is an owner and Director with year round responsibilities. In the summer she actively keeps parents informed and working with campers to see that their needs are met. During the winter months, she keeps in contact with parents, campers and staff and does our staff hiring. Jennifer brings to West a youthful, energetic manner that is contagious. She is respected by campers and staff for her abilities and obvious love for camp.

Jennifer also sits on the Board of Directors of the American Camp Association as well as chairing the hospitality for the Tri-State camp conference and sits on the Public Guidance Committee for the ACA.
